Description & Requirements

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

Our EA Experiences group is dedicated to ensuring great experiences for our growing communities centered around our world-renowned brands, including fan-favorites like Apex, Battlefield, EA SPORTS FC, Madden NFL and The Sims, just to name a few. We're a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem. We inspire, connect, and engage fans through culturally relevant content, intentionally architected journeys across channels, and meaningful fan care. Our goal is to provide valuable, easy experiences that fans love – in our games, around our games, and through innovative adjacent experiences to grow and enrich how fans experience EA as we shape the future of entertainment.

As a Visual Experience Designer II within CX Services, your impact shows up in the details. We focus on solving fan friction across the end-to-end journey, and you help shape how those solutions look, feel, and move. From early concepts to production-ready assets, your work helps ensure experiences feel intentional, legible, and well-crafted. You will report to the Director of CX Solutions Design.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality product solutions that address fan friction across the CX journey, from concept through production.

  • Create concept designs and visual explorations to align on direction early.

  • Conduct lightweight secondary research, such as comparative reviews or teardowns, to inform visual decisions.

  • Translate design direction and research inputs into high-fidelity visual designs.

  • Define and apply motion behaviors that improve usability and feedback.

  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver production-ready designs.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in visual, product, or experience design for digital products and services.

  • Strong visual design fundamentals, with a portfolio demonstrating UI explorations and production-quality execution.

  • Experience applying and extending design systems, alongside creating coherent, high-quality designs in the absence of a formal system.

  • 3+ years of experience working with Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping tools

  • Working knowledge of motion and interaction principles.

*Please include a portfolio link and password if applicable. Also, please be prepared to show recent accomplishments/processes/case studies/projects.* The expectation for this role is to work on a hybrid work model, 3 days in office.
