Visual Experience Designer

Workplace Type: Hybrid in Montreal or Vancouver
Reporting To: Design & Content Design Manager


As a Visual Experience Designer, you will own cross-channel campaign creative from brief through launch. You'll lead visual direction across web, email, and in-game surfaces, translating marketing goals and player insights into cohesive, production-ready experiences that reflect franchise identity and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign creative from concept through launch across channels

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end

  • Create web and in-game assets aligned to brand and UX systems

  • Translate briefs into scalable visual frameworks and layouts

  • Evolve templates and shared component libraries for marketing

  • Partner with UX to align creative with shared systems

  • Present design rationale grounded in audience insights and data

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of visual design experience

  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital campaign ownership

  • Experience leading email campaign design and execution

  • Experience contributing to design systems and Figma libraries

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

Core Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in mobile-first, conversion-focused email design

  • Strong knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards

  • Experience optimizing for cross-client rendering and deliverability

  • Expertise in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

  • Experience preparing assets for localization and QA workflows

  • Collaboration across marketing, UX, and product teams

  • Experience managing multiple campaigns with clear prioritization

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$83,000 - $116,400 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
