Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience (EMEA), you will support in creating a professional working environment, optimizing resources, fostering collaboration, managing workspace efficiently, maintaining relationships with partners, and contributing to Company's success by reflecting its standards. You will also enhance employee experience and promote an inclusive work culture. 

Responsibilities

  • You will manage all relevant hard and soft facilities services in the office buildings to provide the best possible experience at work.
  • You will attain budget goals by analyzing financial statements and reconciling against approved budget.
  • You will review contracts and services to ensure WE achieve the most advantageous offer for the goods and services that WE manage.
  • You will participate in all the selection processes for contracting services and products.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with service delivery. 
  • Ensure statutory compliance of required local government and health & safety regulations
  • Recruitment, management and development of WE team, including performance management and coaching.
  • Coordinate workload and assign specific activities to team members so that they complete work tasks on time and following established team goals.
