    As a Senior Product Manager reporting to the In-Game Media Team, you will shape the future of in-game sponsorships by leveraging your expertise in gaming and adtech. You will collaborate closely with all of EA's studio teams, ensuring the seamless integration of new ad inventory. Your role is critical in executing our sponsorship and advertising tech program roadmap and ensuring its success.

    Responsibilities

    • Build business cases that evaluate opportunities for new inventory.
    • Identify and build alignment between appropriate stakeholders.
    • Write feature design briefs, ensuring technical requirements align with our business needs.
    • Build and execute production schedules.
    • Define and oversee testing requirements in closed beta.
    • Operationalize ongoing workflows for content creation and ingestion.
    • Design and execute A/B tests.
    • Identify and remove bottlenecks through process design and tech enablement.
    • Collaborate with our Senior PM of Data Solutions to ensure proper telemetry setup for measurement and reporting.

    Qualifications

    • Experience:Proven experience (5+ years) in a product management role in tech or gaming industries, with a focus on game development, advertising, or performance marketing.
    • Familiarity with project management and design software such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Google Drive, and/or Microsoft Office.
    • Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver results within specified timelines.
    • Experience communicating, product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

    In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
