Description & Requirements

We are a global team of creators, storytellers, technologists, experience originators, innovators and so much more. We believe amazing games and experiences start with teams as diverse as the players and communities we serve. At Electronic Arts, the only limit is your imagination.

EA's Data and Analytics (DnA) team powers EA Studios to create even greater player experiences. We help shape the future from the way games are created, to how they are played and viewed. We are a global team distributed around the world!

The Product Management Team within DnA is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us build AI-powered features for EA titles. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI products developed by the AI Live Experience Group (ALIVE). You will focus on partnering with Tech Leads to build AI-driven systems for automation, recommendations, and propensity across use cases like store personalization, matchmaking, anti-cheat, and in-game economy. You'll collaborate with multiple game teams and partners to build next-gen AI solutions.

This role can be performed onsite or hybrid in Toronto or Vancouver.

  • Responsibilities:
    • AI & ML Focus: Shape and refine AI/ML models and solutions, working with data scientists and engineers to build products that deliver personalized player experiences.
    • Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with the Technical Lead to define the product vision and roadmap for the Store Personalization stream.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with several game teams and other central teams to understand their Live Services roadmap, challenges, and needs, and translate these into relevant product requirements.
    • Product Management:
      • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and create detailed product roadmaps.
      • Collaborate with the product development team (data science, engineering) to ensure successful delivery.
      • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
      • Develop and execute product launch plans, including marketing and communication strategies.
      • Track product performance metrics and analyze user feedback to inform product iterations.
    • Required Qualifications:
    • You have a Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related relevant field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
    • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, ML, or data products, with a focus on store recommendations in gaming or similar industries.
    • Experience working with technical teams and managing the product lifecycle of complex technical solutions.
    • Experience with live service models in gaming, including player engagement and retention strategies.
    • Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and managing expectations with customers and executives.
    • Experience using data and insights to inform product prioritization.
    • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences to drive alignment with the product development team, customers and executives.
    • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the player experience within live service environments.
