The Role: We are looking for an Associate Production Manager like you to join us in our mission to create amazing games and experiences, and to enhance ourselves and our craft. You will report to our Line Director, Production.
The Associate Production Manager (APM) at Ripple Effect Studios is a developing role for a team across multiple studios that ensures the delivery of a high-quality game, on time and within budget. The APM coordinates with multiple departments and works with multiple processes within the organization to guarantee a smooth and successful project development and deployment.
You will report to the Line Director, Production for the studio. We are considering on-site and hybrid working options.
What You'll Do:
You are passionate about working with game teams. You will partner with one or more members of our Production team on a daily basis. The APM will assist Production Directors, Craft Directors, and other Leads in tracking development schedules, assessing project risk and formulating response plans, status reporting, and communicating with stakeholders. You will work with designers, artists, engineers, and others to help them bring new features to life. You will use industry-standard tools to help manage your responsibilities of the project with your team members.
What we are looking for:
- Passion about working with development teams which may consist of Software Engineers, Animators, Artists, Designers, and others.
- Experience working as a project or team lead in a creative tech environment.
- Background in Production, Computer Science, QA leadership, or equivalent.
- Experience tracking and communicating project status.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
- $69,200 - $96,500 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
