For this role, you will be in a hybrid position, based in our Stockholm location.

Electronic Arts (EA) is looking for a dynamic, Brand Manager with experience in brand strategy, product marketing, or live service marketing. At EA, you will join a team that is shaping the global presence and influence of the Battlefield franchise.

The Brand Manager for Battlefield sits within the Global Brand Management team and is an important contributor for developing the latest brand strategy for EA’s award-winning studio. Reporting to the Director, Global Brand Management, you will improve marketing and brand strategy for Battlefield games. We are looking for you to have expertise in product marketing, digital marketing, consumer insights, and brand strategy. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the long-term brand development, identity, and creative direction of Battlefield games & live service while partnering with important partners across Studios, Marketing and Publishing.

  • Help us shape the definition of our consumer target and their associated needs, motivations, and insights to increase brand growth, product development and inform marketing strategies.

  • Partner with consumer insights to combine consumer research and industry trends into tangible and insights.

  • Collaborate with brand director and Battlefield studio teams to define positioning, product features, content, and experiences by advocating on behalf of marketing and the player’s needs

  • Partner with Consumer Analytics teams to identify opportunities and challenges across merchandising, messaging, game features (and concepts), and improve player experiences/results based on those findings.

  • Work with brand directors on briefing creative teams and driving campaign development across all important art, brand and campaign content.

  • Help bring understanding and accountability to results across different global teams.

  • Conducting ongoing product and competitive marketing analysis to ensure consumer and market trends are informing important brand strategies

Qualifications:

  • You will have experience in brand management, brand strategy, product marketing

  • Project management and coordination across teams and external partners.

  • 3+ years of experience building marketing strategies and building tactical plans

  • Experience taking a product or service from consumer insight, to ideation, to market

  • Deep affinity for and prior experience working on FPS games

  • Prior work with first party partners and gaming industry data sources
