We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist to join the EA Mobile Growth Organization.  This role will be reporting into the Senior UA Manager (leading EA Mobile’s Mobile Casual, MoCa, titles), directly responsible for growing some of our most successful games.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media buying strategies to improve campaign efficiency and performance

  • Activate digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SDK networks, and programmatic networks

  • Develop and build strategic partnerships with key studio and product stakeholders

  • Nurture advertising partner relationships with EA’s key partner networks

  • Contributions to improve the growth marketing team with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing

  • Work directly with the Senior UA Manager to implement innovative strategies to grow and maximize revenue for titles within EA Mobile’s (MoCa) portfolio

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing

  • Strong knowledge of attribution

  • Experience building and optimizing user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV)

  • Curiosity and experience proposing/testing new advertising channels, partners and formats

  • BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field

  • Experience building relationships with third-party media partners with an emphasis on paid social platforms like FB/IG, TikTok, Google

  • Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investment

  • Passion/knowledge for video games

  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL and Microsoft office / google applications

  • Comfortable managing multi-million dollar budgets

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
    • $103,200 - $145,600 USD
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane)
    • $92,600 - $135,600 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
