The EA Digital Platform (EADP) group is the core powering the global EA ecosystem. We provide the foundation for all of EA’s incredible games and player experiences with high-level platforms like Cloud, Commerce, Data and AI, Gameplay Services, Identity and Social. By providing reusable capabilities that game teams can easily integrate into their work, we let them focus on making some of the best games in the world and creating meaningful relationships with our players. We’re behind the curtain, making it all work together. Come power the future of play with us.
One of EA’s top priorities is to make it easy to use and scale live services operations. EADP is an important contributor to that strategy, and you will play a central part as the product lead for Arrival. Arrival is a proprietary content delivery tool that enables live services operators to manage and deploy game content safely. In its end state, the product will be a cohesive suite of services, pre-integrated with EADP products, for content delivery and player lifecycle management that is easy to use by creatives and works end-to-end, empowering live services teams across EA.
As Principal Product Manager for Arrival, you will report into the Vice President of Product Management, leading innovation and influencing EADP's product teams and EA's game development teams to develop a world-class live services toolkit. You will shape and implement platform capabilities that make it easier for game engineers to onboard and customize tooling within Arrival’s tooling framework. You will also define and deliver streamlined workflows for game producers to scale live operations.
