The Battlefield Playtest Team are looking for a Playtest Manager who is passionate about first person shooters. Our mission is building a better game through objective analysis, and you will be challenged with managing the daily operations of our team and developing our future leaders. You will report to the Playtest Director in the Experiential Quality group of Battlefield Quality Verification.

Responsibilities

  • You will career manage playtest team members in the Montreal location
  • You will manage project scope, quality, and risks for the North American playtest team
  • You will create project plans, metrics, and timelines.
  • You will report on team status, activities, and risks to senior managers.
  • You will coordinate with and monitor the performance of external vendors.
  • You will develop relationships with internal partners while managing team dependencies.
  • You will organise team meetings and track actions.
  • You will create documentation, tools, and templates to support team activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in game development.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • Experience with Jira, Airtable, or similar project management tools.
  • A player of first person shooter games.
