Location: Shanghai

We are seeking a Game Designer to join the FC Mobile team. You will report to a Senior Game Designer and collaborate with a passionate team on one of the world's premier football game projects. You will design and develop new game features and optimize the user experience. Additionally, you will find support for balancing work and personal life.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and design game systems, and manage requirements.

- Coordinate with engineers, artists, and QA testers during development.

- Utilize data analysis and user feedback to propose game improvements and optimizations.

- Skillfully draft comprehensive game design documents using office software.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of interest in football.

- 2-6 years of game design experience in the Chinese gaming industry.

- Experience in launching and operating at least one mobile game.

- Creative, analytical, and team-oriented.

- Familiarity with systems, mechanics, narrative, level, and scripting design.

- Excellent teamwork and work habits.

- Proficient in written English.
