At EA, we are looking for an Infrastructure Cost Analyst to support forecasting, cost modelling, allocations, chargebacks, and deliver cost insights that ensure our game launches and live services. This is a hybrid role, based in Bucharest, Romania, with work split between the office and remote. You will report to the Director of Infrastructure Cost Management.

Responsibilities:

  • You will Partner with Finance and Engineering to translate technical usage into financial insights.

  • You will, report infrastructure spend trends to partners and leadership.

  • Forecast costs, build queries, and analyze data to support cost modelling, allocations, chargebacks, and cost driver insights.

  • Provide CSP and SaaS vendor analytics to support negotiations and sourcing strategies.

  • Apply FinOps practices to improve cost visibility, accountability, and efficiency.

  • Support decision-making by modelling scenarios and delivering insights into complex problems.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure costs, and workload usage /consumption patterns on cloud including an understanding of cloud providers, platforms and configurations (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Experience with data visualization software packages, e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau

  • Familiarity with SQL and similar database tools for querying complex data sets.

  • A B.A./B.S. in STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering Sciences

  • 3+ years of experience in related fields

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week working from our office in Bucharest.
