You'll use thoughtful thinking, and solid analysis to make sense of complexity. Together, we uncover insights, connect the dots, and make meaningful progress across EA's creative, operations, and finance teams. You will report to Expert Business Analyst leading the CDP Insights team.

  • Represent CDP Insights as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders.

  • Turn broad questions into simple, focused plans and actions.

  • Define and track results to keep goals visible and achievable.

  • Work with data and analytics partners to build tools that help everyone make better decisions.

What You Bring

  • Storytelling and Communication – You explain complex ideas in simple, compelling ways.

  • Business Sense – You understand how strategy, operations, and finance fit together.

  • Collaboration and Influence – You build trust, connect people, and help move work ahead.

  • Independence - You are comfortable relying on other people's work but also working alone and pursuing the goals.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

  • Comfortable with numbers, data, financial analysis, and performance measurement to guide decisions.

  • Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or finance/operations.

How You Work

You enjoy working with others and keep things practical. You move easily between open brainstorming and clear presentation. You lead by example—asking good questions, sharing your thinking, and keeping people focused on what matters.

At EA, we believe progress happens together. You'll join a group built on curiosity, respect, and shared goals—where ideas turn into action and everyone contributes to meaningful change.
