Senior Specialist, PE Operations

The Senior Specialist, PE Operations is an individual contributor role that reports to the Manager, Workday Solutions in People Services. This is a hybrid role, with at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize PE Operations: Ensure PE processes are consistent and compliant, implementing structured knowledge transfer across global teams.

  • Lead process transitions: Direct the transition of PE activities from People Partner and CoE teams to People Services Operations or Shared Services, following established playbooks, quality assuring documentation and ensuring all transitions meet governance and data security standards.

  • Drive process improvement and standardization: Actively participate in projects to re-engineer and automate end-to-end PE processes—including onboarding and data management—for enhanced scalability and efficiency. Act as a change leader, communicating transformation goals and facilitating workshops.

  • Champion automation initiatives: Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements, working closely with the People Services Automation team to design and implement solutions that enhance process efficiency for managers and employees.

  • Deliver business operations and project support: Execute key PE processes (including compliance checks and process reviews), build stakeholder relationships, and provide project leadership in collaboration with global and regional teams to support ongoing transformation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years' experience in HR or People Operations roles.

  • Experience transitioning work to Shared Services teams.

  • In-depth understanding of PE operational processes and shared services models.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of HR systems including Workday and ServiceNow.
