Role Overview

 

As a Senior Product Manager focusing on Live Services Monetization for Battlefield 6, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the vision, strategy, and implementation for best-in-class sustainable monetization within our live service ecosystem. You will work with cross-functional teams to help establish the core foundations of our live service and monetization strategy, ensuring Battlefield 6 delivers rewarding, player-first experiences that support long-term franchise growth.
 

Responsibilities

  • Live Service Monetization Strategy: Contribute to the execution of monetization strategy for Battlefield 6 by partnering with Creative, Analytics, Technology, Brand, Marketing, and Community teams to deliver data-driven and player-friendly solutions.
  • Team Support & Enablement: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to help operationalize monetization and live service foundations, ensuring roadmaps are clear and projects are well-coordinated and executed.
  • Events & Live Ops: Support the planning and implementation of live service events and offers, collaborating with content teams to deliver compelling value to players while optimizing engagement and revenue outcomes.
  • Economy Ownership: Collaborate with team members and partners to optimize the in-game economy—including currency, progression, and pricing models—to foster a fair, engaging, and sustainable ecosystem.
  • Experimentation & Insights: Implement experimentation frameworks (such as A/B testing) to optimize live service offers, pricing, and content, and contribute to a culture of insight-driven iteration using in-game and external data.
  • Performance & Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators, supporting the measurement, analysis, and reporting of live service and monetization initiatives. Promote the integration of analytics and actionable insights across all aspects of the live service.
  • Player-Centric Advocacy: Advocate for the player’s perspective in all monetization and live operations initiatives, ensuring proposals are thoughtful, transparent, and support long-term community trust and satisfaction.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed of live service and monetization trends across the industry, applying relevant learnings to Battlefield 6 and championing approaches that align with our players and brand.

 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in product management, live services, or monetization strategy in gaming, technology, or entertainment.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in launching, managing, and optimizing live service and monetization programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of monetization design, virtual economies, live operations, and engagement strategies for live service games.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data interpretation, and player behavior analytics.
  • Ability to balance business outcomes with player experience; strong advocate for player-first frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to work across creative, technical, and commercial teams.
  • Passion for gaming and live service experiences; familiarity with the Battlefield franchise is a plus.
