The Workplace Experience Site Specialist drives optimized workplace operations, ensuring service quality, operational stability, and an elevated employee experience across EA offices. You will report to a Workplace Manager and work fully onsite

Responsibilities:

  • You will deliver end-to-end operational performance and service quality across an assigned site or portfolio
  • Identify causes of issues and implement corrective and preventative actions
  • You will ensure adherence to operational standards and expected outcomes
  • Oversee vendor performance against service levels; improve quality and efficiency
  • You will support budget tracking and spend oversight; contribute to cost control programs
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with workplace health, safety, and local regulatory requirements
  • You will maintain accurate operational data (e.g., service metrics, occupancy) and use insights to inform decisions and improvements
  • Document and maintain workplace procedures and standards; identify opportunities to refine workflows and reduce friction
  • You will support adoption of new processes and ways of working
  • Contribute to Workplace Experience projects, coordinating operational changes such as moves, refurbishments, and new service rollouts

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or similar environments
  • Experience managing vendors, resolving operational issues, and supporting workplace projects
  • Work and operate independently
  • Vendor oversight, process improvement, and standardization capabilities
  • Team member engagement and collaboration skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$67,000 - $92,700 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
