Publishing Assistant – Nexon Publishing 

Job Description

The Publishing Assistant supports the Nexon Publishing team across FC Online and FC Mobile by enabling efficient operations, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional execution.

This role plays a key part in ensuring KPI visibility and consistency, contributing to data-driven decision-making and a scalable publishing model across the Korea business.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Reporting Support

  • Collect, organize, and maintain publishing and performance data across FC Online, FC Mobile and Lifestyle franchises
  • Support weekly/monthly reporting and dashboard updates
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPI tracking
  • Assist in data preparation for business reviews and presentations

2. Market & Research Support

  • Conduct local market and competitor research 
  • Support analysis of player behavior and market trends
  • Assist in identifying insights to support business decisions

3. Process & Efficiency Improvement

  • Support standardization of reporting and operational processes
  • Identify areas for improving workflow efficiency
  • Assist in coordination of cross-functional activities

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel / Power Point / data handling tools
  • Strong communication skills (Korean and English required)
  • Interest in gaming and football
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
