● Partner with the Legal department and HR throughout the investigative process and share case insights and recommendations for resolution that incorporate local legislation/regulations, company policies, and values.

● Advise HR partners on interventions to address workplace concerns, de-escalate conflict, and create customized workplace restoration strategies following an investigation to provide lasting resolution.

● Identify case trends and work with appropriate teams on proactive policy implementation that manages risk and reflects company culture.

● Prepare and facilitate training and other consultative materials to enhance employee relations skill set among HR partners and People Managers.
