Executive Assistant

Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Kuala Lumpur (hybrid)
Employment type: Full-time
Language: Mandarin and English preferred

Job Description

At EA, we believe games are powerful because they bring together multiple ways people engage: play, watch, create, and connect. And increasingly, the biggest entertainment platforms aren’t just places to consume content — they’re places where communities build.

Creator-made content is already a proven part of EA’s history — from community creation tools in Battlefield to The Gallery in The Sims 4. We believe new creative technologies and tools will expand how players engage with and contribute to our experiences, supported by thoughtful product design, safety systems, and global reach. Our focus is on enabling more players to participate in creative expression by making creation easier, safer, and more rewarding.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support EA leadership and help the team operate with clarity, speed, and discipline. This role will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, support operating rhythms, prepare leaders for key meetings, and help ensure priorities move forward.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable working across functions, regions, and time zones. You will work closely with leaders and partners across APAC and global EA teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, resolve conflicts, protect focus time, and ensure leaders are prepared.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, visas where applicable, and expenses.

  • Support leadership meetings, business reviews, planning sessions, team meetings, and cross-functional forums.

  • Prepare agendas, gather pre-reads, track action items, and follow up on decisions.

  • Support team communications, including meeting notes, distribution lists, org updates, presentations, and leadership announcements.

  • Plan team events, offsites, workshops, leadership visits, and partner meetings across regional and global locations.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Support procurement, purchase requisitions, vendor onboarding, invoice tracking, and related operational workflows.

  • Help onboard new team members by coordinating schedules, access, materials, introductions, and local logistics.

  • Improve team processes, documentation, meeting hygiene, and day-to-day operating efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, Team Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leaders.

  • Experience supporting leaders across multiple functions, regions, and time zones, ideally in technology, gaming, entertainment, consumer platforms, or digital media.

  • Excellent calendar management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin as a plus.

  • High discretion, integrity, and professionalism with confidential information.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through across logistics, action items, and deliverables.

  • Experience coordinating international travel, leadership meetings, team events, and offsites.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with executives, cross-functional partners, external stakeholders, and other administrative professionals.

  • Proficiency with common productivity, collaboration, video conferencing, and expense tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

About You

You are calm under pressure, highly dependable, and able to stay ahead of a busy leadership team. You know when to escalate, when to solve independently, and how to bring structure to ambiguity. You are comfortable working across cultures and time zones, and you take pride in helping leaders and teams operate well.

You bring judgment, discretion, and a service mindset, while also looking for ways to improve how the team works. You are energized by being close to the business and helping a high-impact team move faster with greater clarity.
