The Challenge Ahead
- You will report to the HAM (Hardware Asset Management) Product Manager (as part of the EAIT Business Management team) and will be responsible for assisting in maintaining data in our system of record, creating and articulating bespoke reporting for the ongoing overhaul of our HAM system, and assisting with day-to-day business operations. As part of this work, you’ll interface with other IT functions across the company, and you’ll identify impactful opportunities and work with delivery teams to make solutions come to life!
Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and speak authoritatively on custom analysis and reports for EA’s hardware and asset estate, identifying policy and people gaps
Work with the Product team to execute day-to-day asset management activities
Work directly and indirectly with other teams within IT
Assist with the build out of the new Hardware Asset Management system, collecting data and feedback from customers in conjunction with our Customer Success Manager
Qualifications
1-3 years experience in data analytics and/or IT asset management
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
SQL nice to have
Experience of products & processes in the Hardware and Asset Management area
Demonstrated ability execute on critical business processes and identify and escalate risks in a complex, ambiguous, and fast paced environment through:
