Description & Requirements
Creator-made content is already a proven part of EA's history — from community creation tools in Battlefield to The Gallery in The Sims 4. We believe new creative technologies and tools will expand how players engage with and contribute to our experiences, supported by thoughtful product design, safety systems, and global reach. Our focus is on enabling more players to participate in creative expression by making creation easier, safer, and more rewarding.
As Senior Brand & Communications Designer, you will shape the creative expression of a new initiative advancing the future of AI-powered interactive entertainment. Partnering with cross-functional teams and external collaborators, you will translate complex ideas, technology, and business strategy into compelling visual stories across presentations, digital experiences, social content, video, and executive communications. You are a collaborative creative who simplifies complexity, embraces experimentation, and elevates how ideas are communicated through impactful storytelling and design.
Location: Hybrid three days onsite the studio in Redwood City, California.
This is a 12-month temporary role.
You will report to the Director of Brand & Communications.

Design visual narratives for executive, investor, partner, and industry audiences.
Translate complex product, technology, business, and research concepts into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
Partner with leaders across product, research, communications, and operations to shape visual storytelling.
Deliver high-quality presentations, digital experiences, visual assets, and communication materials that bring ideas to life with clarity and impact.
Guide agency partners, helping scale execution for larger or specialized projects when needed.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience across brand, creative, or visual storytelling in a professional environment.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Design Direction, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Portfolio that includes experience developing end to end visual systems, presentation narratives, executive communications, marketing assets and brand storytelling across multiple formats and channels.
Experience shaping narratives for senior leadership, investors, and external audiences — translating complex, ambiguous concepts into compelling, high-impact visual stories that drive alignment.
Operate as both a strategic thinker and hands-on maker — equally comfortable thinking conceptually and executing at a high level of craft under tight timelines.
Advanced proficiency in modern design and storytelling tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides etc.).
Excel at using AI tools to accelerate workflows and enhance creative output.
