Job Title: Senior Security Product Manager, Anti-Cheat

Join the SPEAR (Secure Product Engineering & Anti-Cheat Response) organization within EA Security as a Senior Security Product Manager focused on EA’s Anti-Cheat Solution (Javelin), with emphasis on ARM64 readiness and emerging platform technologies. Our mission is to ensure fair play across EA’s PC titles by delivering secure, scalable anti-cheat solutions that protect gameplay integrity while maintaining stability and accessibility for players worldwide.
In this role, you will own the product strategy and long-term roadmap for Javelin, with a focus on platform integrity and emerging hardware platforms capabilities, partnering with engineering, platform, data, operations, and game teams to balance security effectiveness, compatibility, and player experience across diverse hardware environments.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Product Management within the EA Security PMO and work cross-functionally across EA Security, game studios, and external partners to deliver high-impact platform security initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for anti-cheat platform integrity, effectiveness, and stability across EA’s PC and emerging hardware platforms.
Serve as the lead product manager for Javelin, accountable for feature prioritization decisions, studio alignment, and long-term evolution of the anti-cheat solution
Identify and prioritize product risks and dependencies related to operating systems, drivers, platform policies, and third-party integrations to inform roadmap decisions and sequencing.
Define success metrics and guide innovation, balancing anti-cheat effectiveness with player trust, performance, and accessibility.
Qualifications
6+ years of Product Management Experience, with a focus on security, platform, infrastructure, or systems-level products.
Strong technical fluency in operating systems and platform architecture (e.g., kernel vs. user-mode, drivers, virtualization).
Understanding of and ability to operate in adversarial environments. (cheat developers, bypass attempts)
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with high impact and multiple dependencies.
Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in live or continuously evolving environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business and player outcomes.
Bonus Skills
Comfort working across global teams and regions, including products launched in diverse hardware and regulatory environments
Experience defining or using product metrics related to stability, abuse prevention, or player trust.
Familiarity with the cheating ecosystem in games, including common techniques (e.g., aimbots, wall hacks, DMA, pixelbots), and how they interact with platform-level defenses.
