We are looking for a Player Experience (PX) Product Researcher to help guide game development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape EA SPORTS™ FC’s Product Year 28 research plan. This position will play a critical role in shaping and executing our player research for Product Year 28, ensuring players remain at the heart of every decision and guiding the development of EA SPORTS™ FC 28.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Player Experience Research, EA Sports.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with game teams and PX Insights to align research with franchise product goals and strategies.
Partner with diverse teams to create insights that influence franchise and feature direction.
Present player insights and recommended actions to game teams and leadership, empowering data-informed decisions.
Refine and enhance departmental research processes to increase efficiency and influence.
Qualifications
Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI) or equivalent industry experience.
3+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with a track record leading player/user research.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods.
Strong communicator and collaborator with experience influencing stakeholders across disciplines and global time zones.
Experience conducting and applying game user research across multiple platforms (console, PC, mobile).
A passion for and understanding of global football/soccer.
