As the Vice President, Real Estate and Workplace Solutions (REWS) you are responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic planning, management, and optimization of EA's global real estate portfolio and workplace environments. This role ensures alignment of real estate and workplace initiatives with the organization's business objectives, employee experience expectations, and operational efficiency. The team currently includes Workplace Experience, Real Estate, Design & Capital Projects, Global Health Office, and Global Travel. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role ensures EA's work environments engage our people, ensure wellbeing while at work, and are effective in supporting various work models for employees around the world.
Responsibilities:
Set Global Strategy: Define and deliver an integrated Workplaces & Real Estate strategy that supports EA's business priorities, location and talent strategy. Interact with executive management to inform and influence major real estate strategies and decisions.
Lead Portfolio Optimization: Manage EA's global real estate portfolio, ensuring flexibility, efficiency, and alignment with evolving hybrid work models. Continually adjust resource allocation to deliver high ROI for our real estate portfolio.
Global Leadership: Oversee 30+ leased and owned sites. Lead the team to develop and implement annual and multi-year real estate and workplace plans in coordination with business unit leaders, finance, and operations teams.
Enhance Employee Experience: Oversee Workplace Experience programs that foster connection, creativity, and wellbeing across physical and virtual environments.
Oversee Capital Projects & Design: Drive the delivery of sustainable, inclusive, and innovative workplaces that reflect EA's culture and brand.
Advance Health & Safety: Lead the Global Health Office to ensure readiness, safety, and wellbeing are embedded in all workplace programs and spaces.
Operational Excellence: Build scalable processes and partnerships to ensure consistency, fiscal discipline, and service excellence globally.
Organization Leadership: Attract, motivate and develop a global, distributed team of specialists in Real Estate and Workplace Experience to ensure high performance and delivery of exceptional results.
Qualifications:
15+ years of global operational leadership in real estate, workplace, or facilities strategy, ideally in technology or entertainment industries.
Proven experience managing complex portfolios, large capital programs, and geographically dispersed teams.
Strong business and financial acumen with a data-driven approach to strategic planning and investment.
Strategy development skills and team leadership capability to successfully execute strategy to deliver performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels. Able to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco):
º $260,000 - $350,000
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
