Senior Game Designer

Content Design & cadence reliability - someone who can come in, learn the game and the tools, and begin to ship content. Should have onboarded and shipped all types of content in 90 days.
Problem solving using a data informed mindset.
Good collaborator and communicator - someone who is easy to work with, slot in with the team's culture quickly, and communicate with the various disciplines (and the design lead) easily.
