Respawn’s global marketing team works collaboratively among team functions- brand, creative, community, etc.- and with our game development partners to develop greater awareness, interest, and long-term attachment to Apex Legends. You and the creative team are responsible for our overall creative identity, the experiences that we develop for players around new seasons and content launches, and the more tactical assets that inform players about what’s happening in our game (gameplay trailers, static assets, etc.). This involves working with the internal creative team, our partner agencies, and other partner teams to guide campaign and individual assets from planning phase to ultimate execution and delivery to players.

As the Creative Director of Marketing, you will report into the Head of Brand for Apex Legends partnering with them to achieve the above, but also usher in a new era of Apex growth. You will lead the internal creative team, you will inspire and guide agencies to “great”, and you will work with our game team and other marketing functions to deliver breakthrough work that also improves game value. We believe you will deliver the best work of your career, redefine how games connect with players, and ensure that Apex is a game that succeeds for years to come.

In the past four years, Apex Legends has grown to become one of the biggest FPS games in the world. Millions of people play, watch, interact with our Legends daily, in and out of the game. This is an opportunity to build a creative team as we expand Apex into more markets and more platforms.
