The incoming Sr. Director will report to our Head of Mobile Growth. We are considering candidates that align with our hybrid working model at this time.
Electronic Arts is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the team. You will deliver creative strategy with an understanding of creative trends and creative performance. You have experience developing mobile and console game advertising creative strategy and execution across all performance-led assets for new and live service games. Experience leading a team of creative strategists with employee development and mentorship is required.
Reporting to Head of Mobile Growth, you are both analytical and creative and partners well with multiple cross-functional teams such as User Acquisition, Product Marketing, Studio, ASO, and Brand Marketing and Brand Creative.

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
