The Role

DD's are the keepers of our planning, scheduling and working mechanisms while ensuring a focus on quality, collaboration and communication. You will collaborate, communicate and partner with other EA SPORTS teams, building strong relationships that require strategic thinking and strong execution.

Composed of FC’s Live Product Managers, we are an analytical and strategic group of planners and prioritizers, primarily responsible for live service content backlogs, financial performance and analysis and EA SPORTS FC’s Live connection to the world of football.

  • Develop, maintain and publish project and team KPI’s that track team performance.
  • Establish regular communication with the team and key stakeholders to provide project status updates.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6-8 years project management and team leadership experience, with 4+ years of management experience working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
  • Solid comprehension of lean methodologies as they differ from waterfall and game development processes
  • Detail oriented, organized and focused on stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with different organizational levels, as well as ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

Bonus
