EA’s Information Technology (EAIT) team connects the company’s global workforce, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational efficiency. IT supports diverse enterprise needs from game development to marketing and publishing with innovative solutions that foster creativity and productivity. As a member of EAIT, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering EA’s employees and ensuring the smooth operation of a global digital entertainment leader.
You will:
- Design intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experiences using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Develop cohesive visual branding and interaction patterns across platforms.
- Integrate user research, analytics, and A/B testing to optimize designs.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and streamline design processes.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and creators to deliver high-impact features.
You bring:
- 3+ years' experience in UX and visual design for digital products or games.
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Proven ability to launch user-centric, responsive digital experiences.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Passion for creativity, inclusivity, and shaping positive player communities.

- $83,000 - $116,400 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
