Game Product Manager Intern (Summer 2025)

You will report into the Lead Game PM for The Sims Franchise.
A typical day in the life of the Product Manager:
Research trends in our game regarding player behavior, ask thought-provoking questions, and identify opportunities to level up our own products
Prepare our Studio for success by creating and working on in-depth data analyses to inform product direction and better understand how players interact with our content releases
Collaborate with partners to understand future product/feature goals and provide supporting data and insights
Deliver detailed and data-driven recommendations to studio partners to influence product roadmap(s)
Be part of a versatile team of experts that shapes and defines product solutions

Requirements:
Must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2025 (May - September depending on start date).
We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2025, slated to graduate no earlier than May of 2026
You must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the 12-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
This position is open to graduate level applicants only (MBA preferred)
Qualifications:
Experience with productivity software such as Excel (can perform complex functions) and Outlook.
Experience using data and insights to inform product development, experience with A/B and multivariate testing preferred (SQL, R, and dashboard tool such as Tableau)
Experience maintaining organized documentation
Experience writing detailed product specs and documentation
Familiarity with project management software (JIRA, Confluence, and Trello)
You must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2025

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. PAY RANGES
The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
