We support hybrid work of 3 working days per week in the local EA office.

You will work with essential internal EA teams (Planning & Readiness, Store Operations, Technical Account Managers, Release Management (RM), Compliance & Certification, Commercial, Studio & QA) to ensure the efficient release of EA’s content on supported platforms.

  • Support efficient use of the required tools, working with essential partners to ensure the most efficient workflow/process is implemented. Educate and train colleagues on tools, and inspire change to ensure submission processes are error free all while ensuring that tasks are maintained and updated.

  • Partner with colleagues to facilitate efficient internal communication and end of day hand-off of essential projects, maximizing the efficacy of our global team

  • Communicate & escalate problem trends, submissions-related news from First Party partners, helping all partner teams remain empowered to succeed

  • Knowledge of the technical requirements of at least one console/gaming/retail manufacturer and associated tools/portal or equivalent in a comparable industry
