We're a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.
You will work fully remote. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, you will oversee local campaigns and lead marketing activations that engage our communities in Japan — with a primary focus on Apex Legends.
Responsibilities:
You'll be the Japan Marcom Lead, encouraging understanding and collaboration across local CFX teams to develop and deliver impactful marketing plans.
You'll be accountable for Apex Legends GTM. Partner with Asia franchise and global brand teams across multiple time zones to deliver culturally relevant campaigns tailored to the Japanese market.
You'll , ensuring brand consistency and local resonance.
Work with the Asia engagement and integrated communications teams to refine information sharing, provide campaign insights, and integrate player and community insights into decision-making.
Oversee local marketing agencies, providing clear briefs, managing execution, and ensuring post-campaign evaluations and performance reporting.
Manage marketing budgets, POs, and administrative processes, ensuring accurate reporting and fiscal accountability.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, with expertise in GTM strategy and campaign execution.
Understanding of Japan's marketing ecosystem, online channels, and gaming community dynamics.
Familiarity with shooter/FPS games.
Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and verbal), able to present and collaborate in both languages.
Experienced in using data, insights, and digital tools to improve marketing plans.
