As a Marketing Production Manager for Growth Marketing, you will own the production budget and creative pipeline for multiple titles within EA Mobile’s top franchises. You will help support creative leads and drive production process across internal teams, external partners, and licensors to deliver final creative assets. In close partnership with EA Mobile game studios, as well as Growth leaders across Product Marketing, Growth Creative, Communications and Platform Marketing, the assets you deliver will increase player acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will manage creative marketing asset pipelines with our studio teams, and creative agency partners, working collaboratively to understand the games and to produce assets that bring creative campaigns to life. This role will report to the Director, Mobile Creative & Production.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and maintaining asset production schedules for creative production, testing, and delivery across internal and external partners

  • Responsible for arranging vendor pitching sessions and pricing per job

  • Reconcile vendor pricing against budgets to ensure forecast scope, partnering with Operations and Finance on budget management

  • Responsible for delivery of Game Studio creative source assets to vendors

  • Manage production partners and vendors to produce work on time and within budget

  • Manage the delivery of the assets for review by Creative Lead and consolidate feedback from all key stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Licensor, and Legal

  • Responsible for managing updates to creative production trackers with relevant information and deliverables

  • Delivery of final creative assets to respective teams

  • Build relationships with external agency partners to establish trust and efficiency in driving the production of marketing creative assets throughout the entire workflow, from concept, to source materials, internal reviews, through to completion and delivery.

  • Maintain a high standard of creative asset quality and execution.

  • Build relationships with leaders including, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, User Acquisition, Data Science, Franchise Brand Marketing, Communications, Regional Marketing and Platform Marketing to meet a common goal

  • Mentor other producers on the team, exemplifying best practices for production


Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of and or deep passion for mobile gaming

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, or Media Arts related field

  • 6+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or creative production

  • Creative-minded project manager who can bring stories and ideas to life as a team

  • Experience supporting and managing production assets within a cross-functional team

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as AirTable, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana

  • Strong project management skills

Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $107,600 - $147,100 CAD
  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
    • $122,400 - $176,300 USD
  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs)
    • $131,000 - $174,800 USD
  • Jersey City, NJ
    • $142,000 - $176,300 USD
  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo)
    • $115,700 - $176,300 USD
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane)
    • $115,700 - $163,100 USD

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
