The EA Digital Platform (EADP) group is the core powering the global EA ecosystem. We provide the foundation for all of EA’s incredible games and player experiences with high-level platforms like Cloud, Commerce, Data and AI, Gameplay Services, Identity and Social.
As the gaming industry shifts towards a live service-driven model, creating an engaging Ads experience and connecting relevant brands and advertisers to players is the key to EA's success. As a Product Manager, you will help drive the roadmap to empower e2e Ads lifecycle management workflows and performant, scalable and available services.
You will report to the Director of Product and work side-by-side with EADP's AdTech team.
Responsibilities:
You will work with the Lead Product Manager and collaborate with other team members, including engineering, developer relations, and other subject matter experts to create feature roadmaps related to ad platform capabilities.
You will work with engineering and program teams to ensure product delivery.
You will present product roadmaps to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional experience working in platform product management
Experience presenting product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners to achieve ROI- and data-driven results
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and creating presentation decks
Bonus:
Experience working within the AdTech domain
Experience working with programmatic advertising
Experience in UX or Game Development
Experience with analytics or big data
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
- $96,400 - $133,900 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
