The EA Experiences Business Operations function is part of the Office of the CXO and has been established to strengthen department operations and planning. We lead the strategic activities that drive focus for Experiences goals & important projects and unlock the power of cross-team collaboration. These deliver range for XO through expertise in business planning, people & culture enablement, strategic workforce planning, employee communications, billing and operations to increase the application of these bodies of work across the organization.
As the Project Manager for EA Experiences, you will partner with a group of partners to organize, plan, coordinate and oversee operations on Business Operations projects end-to-end. You will guide timeline development, ensure progress, set up and facilitate project forums. To be successful in this role, you are to plan and implement complex programs and workstreams, identify gaps and solve blockers and lead clear and partner engagement along the way.
You'll get to work with a range of experienced, passionate and diverse people across the organization and report to the Director, Operations, EA Experiences.
This role is hiring for Hybrid work in our Vancouver and Austin offices.
