In this role as Senior Director, LCM CoreTech Engineering you are an executive with deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and data-driven platform development. You will lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of lifecycle management platforms that power EA's live service ecosystem—from player acquisition and onboarding through engagement, retention, and monetization across games and digital channels. You will oversee a global engineering organization responsible for building and operating large-scale, cloud-based platforms, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing Technology, Studios, and central teams to drive alignment, manage complex dependencies, and deliver meaningful business impact.

  • You will evaluate where EA's live service solutions, studio tech stacks, and vendor solutions can work together. You will also examine how they can help achieve both engineering and business goals.

  • You will use massive data sets from 20+ game studios to promote a data-driven decision-making process and experimentation culture.

  • You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and real-time streaming data processing systems using technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and Apache Storm.

  • You will engage with Game Studios, Experience, and Brand organizations to understand their use cases, and drive e2e solutions to meet the requirements.

  • You will work with Legal and Privacy teams to ensure that compliance directives are strictly followed.

  • You will work with product managers and customers directly to understand the use cases, come up with solutions and drive the areas of development with the best return on investment.
