Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst
Vancouver
Job Summary:
Join us at Electronic Arts, an award-winning leader in interactive entertainment, and help us inspire the world to play. You will support our global talent strategy by building modern workforce planning models and systems, collaborating with partners across HR, Operations, Finance, and Central Technology. In this role, you will help us grow our workforce planning practice and deliver actionable insights. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office), based in our Vancouver office and reports to Senior Director, Global Talent, within the People Experience (PE) function.
Responsibilities:
- You will build and maintain strategic workforce planning models, tools, and methodologies to forecast and analyze workforce needs using requirements, trends, and historical data.
- You will engage in talent supply-demand gap analyses and partner with Strategic Talent Partners and PE Business Partners to support scenario modeling for talent strategy initiatives.
- You will partner with PE, Operations, and Finance to identify workforce gaps and consult on strategic workforce strategies (e.g., buy vs. build vs. borrow).
- You will deliver accurate workforce reports, dashboards, and presentations to partners, highlighting key insights for workforce planning strategies.
- You will support integration of workforce planning systems into PE data infrastructure and create documentation for processes and data catalog.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, people analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with people analytics and related planning platforms (e.g., Workday, Visier, Anaplan) and data management/visualization tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience collaborating with PE, Operations, and Finance teams and/or in a Live Ops environment to improve strategic workforce planning activities.
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
- $77,700 - $107,900 CAD
