Our Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is an important part of our development process, delivering actionable insights that support our game teams to optimize software performance and enhance gameplay. Their dedicated efforts ensure that we deliver entertainment experiences that captivate and inspire players and fans globally.
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to develop and lead our partner-targeted AI product portfolio within the QVS organization. You will establish and maintain high standards for product development, ensure that our solutions deliver clear value, foster innovation and support strategic build-versus-buy decisions. This leadership role requires a blend of strategy, technical expertise and management of the AI product portfolio. You will partner with the QVS Director of AI & ML, providing a stakeholder oriented approach to scaling QVS’ AI products across our organisation.
The Technical Product Manager - AI will report to the QVS Head of Technology and will work either on-site full-time or (potentially) in a hybrid on-site/remote manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide a bridge between the QVS AI team and the development teams that will leverage new AI products in their production environments.
Ensure the value of our AI product portfolio is clearly communicated and aligned with the QVS business goals.
Drive and facilitate the business process related to investment proposals, ROI definitions and operational planning for our AI team.
Champion the end-user perspective in all product decisions.
Qualifications:
Experience with innovative AI technology development, being at the forefront of AI expertise in the company.
6+ years in technical product leadership positions.
Experience leading product or solution development in an innovative AI environment.
Exceptional relationship-management and communication skills to support diverse stakeholders operating in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

- $193,100 - $296,500 USD
- Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs)
- $193,100 - $247,100 USD
- Jersey City, NJ
- $193,100 - $288,600 USD
- New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo)
- $182,600 - $288,600 USD
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane)
- $182,600 - $247,100 USD
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
