Join us for an opportunity to work with the best game development teams in the world. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the Tools Development and Automation team supporting BioWare, Motive, Cliffhanger, Maxis, Full Circle and Mobile.

You will maximize the value of our quality engineering projects. You will collaborate with teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that quality is embedded throughout the development process.

You will report directly to the Technical Director and will play a key role in developing a comprehensive understanding of product designs. Your responsibilities will include utilizing proprietary tools to create innovative tool suites, formulating test strategies, and implementing cutting-edge technologies. You will also apply lateral thinking to identify requirements, uncover potential roadblocks, and highlight efficiencies that may not be immediately evident to your partners.

Join us for the opportunity to create groundbreaking games with some of the best developer talent in the industry!

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary liaison between stakeholders and the quality engineering team, effectively gathering and clarifying product requirements.

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with engineers, testers, and other team members to embed quality at every stage of product development.

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap that reflects user needs and market trends.

  • Facilitate regular backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions to enhance the agile development process.

  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, adapting priorities and strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and customers to inform continuous product improvements and enhancements.

  • Ensure that all products adhere to established quality standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 7 + years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally within a quality engineering or software development context.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and using tools such as Jira.

  • Familiarity with quality assurance principles and best practices.
