As an Analyst reporting to the Advertising and Sponsorship group, you will shape the future of in-game experiences by using your expertise in data, gaming, and tech. You will collaborate with our game studios, internal tech devs, and our immediate team to ensure the use of data to grow our business. Your role is critical in building our adtech program roadmap and ensuring its success.
Responsibilities:
Use data to inform business cases, product decisions, and new ways to play. Work with dev teams to understand games, query data, and create new solutions.
Manage tech products, align with partners, and contribute to telemetry production, data engineering, and process documentation.
Pioneer data analysis of adtech platform, collaborate on experimentation, data modeling, developing metrics and measurements.
Create data tools, dashboards, and reports that allow our team and partners to execute business with informed decision-making. Partner with sales and marketing to guide brand partner engagements.
Qualifications:
Three or more years of experience in an analytics role performing analysis with data to guide decisions and run operations.
Experience in SQL and ability to extract data from large data sources with different structures.
Proficiency analyzing large datasets using languages like Python and R.
Passionate about communicating with data using visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Looker).
Interest in the videogame data, sports, and brand partnerships.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
