  • Create and communicate concise and inspiring roadmaps, strategies and execution plans for your product space.

  • Be passionate about, and represent the voice and needs of our customers and partners within FC.

  • Determine measurement plans, testing strategies, execute A/B testing campaigns and conduct post mortems.

  • Track and develop an expert level understanding of gaming trends and insights from the market.

  • Create live content stories & plans using a combination of real and imagined football events.

  • Collaborate with our internal technical partner groups, being a key stakeholder in technologies that impact the game or live service.

  • Partner with Central teams and craft requirements for all player facing features outside the game team's scope.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners while driving stakeholder alignment across revenue-generating initiatives to measure ROI through data-driven decisions.

  • Must be available on call rotation/weekends

Your Qualifications

  • Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day.

  • Demonstrated ability to build compelling business cases using analytics and market insights to influence decision makers and drive alignment with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven product design and decision making.

  • Sound and proven ability in using and understanding in-game trends using data insights to impact top line KPIs.

  • Strong communication and writing skills, with experience translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and external partners.

Experienced in:

  • Successful live service console and/or mobile games having delivered and maintained at least one product through the product life cycle.

  • Leading collaborative efforts both inside and outside of their team; working with key influencers to effect change.
