 * Research new technology and workflows that help push visual quality in the experience

 * Mentor less experienced members of the lighting team to work through creative and technical challenges

 * Collaborate with art, design and engineering to deliver a cohesive overall experience

 *  Work under the guidance of the Lighting Lead and support them when needed by owning and driving topics in the lighting team

 *  Team up with Tech Art to understand performance optimisations and smart approaches to your work

 *  Communicate progress and raise any issues or proposed solutions with the art directors on the team

 Who You Are

 *  A great collaborator and communicator that wants to work in a multidisciplinary team to solve problems together

 * Understand how to use light and colour to guide the player’s eye and evoke different emotions that add to the player experience

 * Have excellent knowledge of lighting, shading and PBR for realtime applications, including optimisation for performance and quality (e.g. experience using UE4/5, Frostbite, Unity, and other game engines)

 *  Experience shipping multiple AAA titles on current gen5 consoles
