The Office of the CXO (oCXO) at EA Experiences is dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness. We drive business planning, workforce development, and investment strategies across the company, ensuring operational excellence. Our team provides critical fan insights and internal technology solutions to seize opportunities and achieve our goals, benefiting both our community and business. Our top priority is to empower teams and accelerate business outcomes through technology-based solutions.

As part of EA's Advertising & Sponsorships Media team, you will support pre-sale and post-sale efforts for our in-game media, sponsorships, and partnerships across our portfolio of games. You will report to the Content Manager and work cross-functionally with sales, studio, development, and operational teams to support the delivery of short-form and long-form assets optimized for web, social, paid media, presentations, and sizzle reels, while learning and applying brand consistency and visual standards. You will work in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment, helping edit EA-owned IP into engaging content that supports advertising, sponsorships, and brand storytelling initiatives. This is an opportunity for an early-career editor to grow their skills while collaborating with experienced creatives.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit short-form video content and screen captures from raw EA-owned IP footage.

  • Assist in transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for multiple platforms (social, web, paid media, presentations, sizzle reels).

  • Apply platform-native editing techniques such as cutting to sound, basic transitions, effects, color correction, on-screen text, and simple motion graphics.

  • Incorporate graphics, music, captions, and brand elements following established guidelines.

Creative Execution & Brand Alignment

  • Follow and maintain a consistent editing style aligned with brand voice and visual identity.

  • Support creative experimentation with trend-forward storytelling under guidance from senior team members.

  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to help improve video quality and creative output.

  • Assist the Ads & Sponsorships team in producing creative variations and video assets for digital advertising campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support the creation of compelling visual materials that showcase EA IP and highlight partnership opportunities for brand advertisers.

Asset Management & Delivery

  • Help organize, label, and archive footage and media assets for easy future use.

  • Ensure media files are saved, tracked, and prepared for delivery in the correct formats.

  • Meet deadlines across multiple projects with support from the broader team.

  • Implement feedback and revisions efficiently in a fast-paced workflow.

  • Assist with maintaining and updating the ad specifications hub for external partners

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams to help repurpose long-form content into short-form highlights.

  • Partner with creative, marketing, and sponsorship stakeholders to support campaign goals and timelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Early-career editor with experience contributing to multiple video projects

  • 1-3 years of experience in video editing, post-production, or a related field (professional, freelance, or internship experience considered), ideally in a professional or commercial environment

  • Experience cutting picture, sound, and music

  • Experience producing short-form video content; long-form experience is a plus.

  • Basic motion graphics skills

  • Passion for video editing, social media, and current trends in content and storytelling

  • Developing storytelling and editorial skills

  • Familiarity with multiple video formats and platforms

  • Good time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

  • Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

Nice to Have:

  • Interest in sports culture (e.g., American football or football/soccer) is a plus.

  • Exposure to AI-assisted editing or creative tools (e.g., for captions, image enhancement, or workflow efficiency).

  • Passion for gaming, entertainment, and digital culture.
