- You will hold the studio accountable – for quality, for delivery, transparency, holding a humble and critical eye always to areas of strengths and weaknesses.
- Be an open, transparent, and highly collaborative member with the Battlefield franchise leadership team, and partner Battlefield Studios and the project leadership team to review product resources and execution plans to ensure highest quality for players for the Battlefield franchise.
- Lead change management strategies for Studio programs whether through exec communication, town halls, reviews, workshops, or other inclusive methods.
- In partnership with Strategy, Commercial, and partner Battlefield Studios, you will be a student of the industry, competitors, trends, and best practices to bring these ideas to bear on Battlefield to create the best experiences for players.
- You will drive your teams and be a key leader in the franchise overall in inspiring and driving the teams to execute with excellence, at times helping them achieve what they did not think was possible.
