We are seeking a Quality Expert to join our team. In this role, Your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and leadership will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence. You will operate as a strong individual contributor with technical leadership and strategic input within your scope. You will report to the Subject Matter Expert of the team.

Responsibilities:

• You will support quality testing execution and strategies definitions based on game design document analysis, and manage progress.

• You will partner with development, production, design, and QV team members.

• You will mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices.

• You will work on quality / process improvements along with the leadership team.

• You will create and execute test scenarios and identify automated & data-driven testing scope.

• You will execute early risk assessment, management and resolution.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms, such as Mobile, PC, among others.

• 5+ years' of experience using test tools, testing methodology, and QA processes.

• An understanding of interdisciplinary dependencies and associated development risks.

• Experience defining test strategies within a feature or domain area.

• Experience using development tools to enhance white and gray-box testing strategies.

• Experience QA metrics to inform testing decisions 

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
