We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance SME to focus on leading testing execution and support the automation strategy implementation based on our priorities. You will work with your QV team and other areas to create evolving solutions to spread throughout our product. You will also promote software & game quality within a team distributed across multiple locations. Sharing your experience within our Quality Assurance community, you will have influence and learning opportunities. Together, we will manage a series of software testing processes to achieve the highest levels of quality on the product. You will report to the Development Director. You will work onsite from the Bogota office.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute advanced testing and automation strategies aligned with company priorities.

  • Partner with quality engineering team to apply automation and tools to improve the QA processes and testing value.

  • Develop and implement robust quality standards across projects.

  • Conduct investigations and robust RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to support decision-making in quality improvements.

  • Translate product vision into actionable tests during planning sessions.

  • Optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness using strategies and tools.

  • Contribute, innovate and refine workflows, quality requirements, and procedures to advance excellence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product and business challenges.

  • Align key quality metrics, ensuring KPIs.

  • Facilitate strategic communication and quality initiatives across the product ecosystem.

  • Report on quality progress, initiatives, and challenges directly to the Development Director.

  • Drive team growth by leading quality assurance community objectives, mentoring and innovation initiatives.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of overall experience in quality assurance.

  • Confidence to speak directly to others at different levels and provide direction in area of expertise

  • Experience working within a collaborative team environment across many locations and time zones.

  • Experience mentoring others to grow.

  • Experience in leadership roles, including coordinating teams.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and the ability to drive innovation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
