We are looking for an experienced Indonesia Marketing Manager to join our team in a hybrid role to lead the marketing strategy across Indonesia.
You are required to understand video game marketing strategy, including experience across mobile marketing campaigns. You will also understand the Indonesian market landscape including socioeconomic factors.
Reporting to the Senior Marcom Manager, Emerging Markets, you will provide crucial input to develop go-to-market campaigns, lead major market specific publishing projects, stay informed about mobile marketing trends and community, while pioneering outstanding marketing execution with us for future growth in the market.
Responsibilities
- You will develop and deliver best-in-class localised marketing plans, content and promotional activity to support the Global brand marketing strategy, live service and feature calendar releases for EA's core titles in market
- Partner with regional and global cross-functional teams to deliver world-class launch and ongoing live service campaign executions
- You will collaborate with non-gaming brands and partners (sports, lifestyle, tech) to create impactful short- and long-term co-marketing opportunities and partnerships
- Manage regional agencies and partners; deliver briefings and produce post-campaign reports
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market
- Advanced experience in marketing activation, project management and partner relationships
- 5+ years of marketing experience especially in mobile games, sports or a creative agency environment
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English - written and verbal
