  • Identify opportunities to improve testing, tooling or workflows for better triaging, reporting, and analysis of issues.

  • Adapt and evolve the current toolset to address new features or problem spaces.

  • Improve the submission process and automation pipeline for the build engineering team, ensuring developers are unblocked and able to deliver at their best.

  • Collaborate with the other build engineers and BF partners, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

A technical leader with a deep engineering background and experience shipping AAA titles, ideally in multiplayer or live service environments.

  • Skilled in C/C++, CI/CD, Perforce, and large-scale build systems.

  • Experienced in managing large codebases and multiple development branches.

  • Adept at collaborating across multiple studios, time zones, and disciplines.

  • Passionate about collaborating with BF partners for continuous improvement of processes.

  • Ability to understand and drive root causes and provide long term solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

  • Knowledge of C# and CI solutions, perforce and build systems

  • Experience analyzing and debugging the source of an issue across projects and branches
