The Battlefield Playtest Team are looking for a Playtest Operations Manager who is passionate about first person shooters. Our mission is building a better game through objective analysis, and we achieve this through daily playtesting with Battlefield Studios developers and dedicated full-time playtesters. You will be challenged with managing the daily operations of the playtest team in Europe. You will report to the Playtest Manager (Europe) in the Experiential Quality group of Battlefield Quality Verification. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role with 3 days per week in-office.

Responsibilities

  • You will maintain team rituals and processes that ensure successful playtest delivery.

  • You will find opportunities to improve team performance.

  • You will develop relationships with partners to ensure the team are providing maximum value to Battlefield Studios.

  • You will coordinate with and monitor the performance of vendors.

  • You will report on team status, activities, and risks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • At least 2 years in an operations management or lead role in game development.

  • Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.

  • Experience with first person shooters.
