Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Finance Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team! As part of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you are a strategic Finance partner to our Fan Growth team within EA Experiences. Working with teams, you will seek to understand and evolve strategies, analyze data, and deliver insights to guide EA’s performance. Working in a hybrid role, defined as 3+ days in office, you will lead a team of two and their groups, and will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

What You'll Do:

-  Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Collaborate with teams across EA to provide strategic insights.

- Develop financial models to support business decision-making.

- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Manage a team of 2 finance professionals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.

- Accomplished in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

- Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

- Experience leading and developing teams.

- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of audiences.
